Short bloglet- What would you like to see?

I am making efforts to be more consistent with my posting- my goal is to post at least once a week- but I am having idea issues. So lemons from lemonade- if you are reading this what would you like to see? Are there any aspects of health and weight loss that you think I should look into? Would you like to see recipes or menus, exercise routines, links, reviews?

The sky is the limit, and hey if this post accomplishes nothing else I've given myself a few ideas :D

    Somethings that I would like to see..... recipes! I am always looking for new ones. Exercise routines are always good & ideas on how to stay on track....

  2. Thanks Nicole! I am actually taking steps in that direction :D I am starting a blog that will link to this one called Celeste cooks healthy. Recipes, food tips, products that I've liked etc. I too need to get more up on the exercise routines myself so that's also a fantastic idea. Staying on track too. Great suggestions, every one!

    wow, it seems that we have alot in commmon. My highest weight was also 288 (scared me! and I started losing) but I have been hovering around 260 for awhile. my goal is to get under 200 to start with. I also am a crafty sort. I love all kinds of different craft except knitting, just can't get the hang of it. :-( I also have a 7 year old, but I also have a 9 and a 14yo too!
    I'd love to hear more about how you are doing. Good luck and I will be trying too. Gonna start hooping!

  5. Hi Cathy, thanks and yes it does sound like we have a bit in common :D Thank you so much for posting a comment, I have sorely been neglecting my poor little blog!!!

    I've got some ideas for some posts now, starting with how the holiday season got the best of me and I have to get back on track XD
